At the end of 2019, new menus were launched across every Zambrero restaurant in Australia, with restaurants in New Zealand, Ireland and the US to follow.
In collaboration with key departments and stakeholders within the business, the new design incorporated a visual system based on sales data and customer feedback. The end result was a new menu design that improved customer experience, product awareness and restaurant sales.
The menu redesign included every menu format and variation in over 190 restaurants in Australia, including all in-restaurant digital menu screens (landscape and portrait), every drive-thru menu format (Coates systems), printed take away menus, large and small format printed menus and online menus.
Involvement included lead creative and finished artist.
