In collaboration with Extension 77, formerly known as The Twelfth Window, working closely with creative directors Graham Johnson and Oliver Devaris, along with Zambrero founder, Sam Prince to develop, execute and roll out the Zambrero brand.
Involvement included creation of brand guidelines, copywriting, brand strategy, customer journey, photography art direction and finished art, environmental/signage design, menu design, stakeholder management, supplier management and continued support across the network.
